FLAVOR TEXT

Small drops still know how to wear stone down.

LORE

Mirrorwater Naturalist’s Notes Driplets emerge along the reeds and stone shelves of Mirrorwater Basin after heavy rainfall. Their bodies constantly change shape, yet not a single drop appears to separate from them for long. Even after a forceful Splash Pop, the scattered water quickly gathers itself and reforms. Though small, Driplets are remarkably persistent. They follow the same paths across stones day after day, gradually carving tiny channels into the rock. Basin keepers use these trails to locate hidden springs and predict where seasonal streams will form. Young Driplets often follow travelers carrying water containers. They mean no harm, but unattended bottles have been found mysteriously empty, and surrounded by several noticeably larger, extremely satisfied Driplets.
