Orders & Policies

Every Forged in Fire MTCG product is handcrafted and laser engraved in small batches. While many items are kept in stock, some products may be made to order depending on current inventory.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If additional production time is required, we'll notify you as soon as possible with an updated estimated shipping timeframe.

Payment is collected securely at checkout.

If an item is temporarily unavailable or requires additional production, we will contact you promptly with an updated timeline.

All orders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled.

This policy does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted when an order is correct and arrives undamaged.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@forgedinfiremtcg.com within 2 calendar days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographic proof of the issue. After the claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be provided.

• The remedy provided is a replacement; refunds are not offered unless required by applicable law.
• You are not required to return the item unless Daniel provides separate return instructions.

Every Forged in Fire MTCG metal card is individually laser engraved in our workshop. Because each card is handcrafted, minor variations in engraving depth, finish, alignment, or appearance may naturally occur.

These small differences are a normal part of the manufacturing process and help make every card unique. Such variations are expected and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Processing: Orders are processed for shipment within 3–5 business days. Carrier transit time begins after processing and is additional to this timeframe. Processing estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Destinations: We ship to the United States and Canada only.

Carrier: Orders ship via USPS. U.S. orders ship USPS Ground Advantage unless another service is specifically stated during checkout.

Canada: Canadian orders ship using an available USPS international service. The customer is responsible for any Canadian import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage charges, or other destination-country fees. Delivery may be delayed by customs, and a guaranteed Canadian delivery date is not promised.

Shipping & Handling includes carrier postage, packaging materials, labels, and order packing. Product prices are shown separately and are unaffected by these rates.

If tracking does not show successful delivery and USPS confirms that the shipment was lost in transit, a replacement will be provided.

• A package marked “delivered” is not automatically treated as carrier-confirmed loss.
• Please verify the delivery location and contact USPS when appropriate before reporting a lost shipment.

This policy does not waive any rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

Forged in Fire MTCG uses essential and functional browser storage to provide account access, preserve carts, remember Deck Builder preferences, and retain temporary in-progress selections. The site does not currently use third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking tools such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics. PayPal may use provider-managed cookies and similar technologies when its checkout service is loaded. Additional details are available in the Privacy Policy.

Forged in Fire MTCG welcomes honest customer reviews — positive or critical — submitted through our website.

• Reviews are reviewed by our team before appearing publicly.
• We do not publish reviews that contain spam, abusive or threatening content, personal or private information, unrelated content, fraudulent claims, or unsafe links or code.
• A review is not automatically rejected solely because it contains a low rating or negative feedback.
• Your email address is collected for moderation and optional purchase verification but is never published.
• You may request removal of your published review by contacting support@forgedinfiremtcg.com.
