Fragmented Research Notes Brainblock’s body consists of interlocking sections that rearrange whenever it encounters a difficult choice. No researcher has recorded the same pattern twice. Attempts to study the mechanism produce unusual side effects. Observers forget which face they were examining, instruments record contradictory measurements, and carefully written conclusions appear in the wrong order. When targeted by hostile abilities, Brainblock projects this confusion outward through Pattern Jam, disrupting the attacker’s concentration before answering with a Mind Twist. The Forgekin has been observed assembling itself into shapes resembling maps of the Whispering Expanse. None correspond to its known dunes or ruins. Either Brainblock is solving a landscape that no longer exists, or it is showing us one that has not appeared yet.
