LORE

Echo Wraiths are rare Shadow spirits formed where fearful thoughts linger too long within the Gloamwood. Their bodies consist of overlapping faces and grasping spectral limbs, each repeating fragments of emotions stolen from previous victims. When an Echo Wraith strikes, the injury is followed by a second wave of pain as its Lingering Echo passes through the target’s forgeprint. Through Phantom Pulse, it can project that resonance into multiple Forgekin at once, exploiting existing wounds to weaken their control. The name does not refer to an ordinary Forge Echo; it describes the repeated sensations, voices, and attacks that announce the Wraith’s presence. By the time its victim hears those echoes, the spirit has already found a way inside.
